I believe that carrying difficult and painful feelings over time affects your well-being. This in turn puts extra pressure on your relationships, your work and your creativity. It can even affect your health.
MY PROFESSIONAL APPROACH
As a relationship counsellor and psychotherapist I work in ways which I feel suits each individual client.....not 'one size fits all.' You will find more details about my training in the following pages, along with some specialist approaches I can use. Generally counselling sessions deal with more defined problems whereas psychotherapy sessions can be used to deal with issues which are often out of a client's awareness.
